Shipping Policies
Shuffleboard tables all ship with flat-rate shipping fees. See the link below for fees. We keep our prices low and competitive for hand crafted custom made quality. The free shipping service is the transportation from our factory to your curbside door does not include service options like white glove, inside delivery or unloading from the truck. A 30-day money-back guarantee backs all accessory products. If you are unsatisfied with any accessory product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days with no questions. Call us at (844-579-2922) to arrange the return. Returns will only be accepted if you call us first and receive authorization. (Note: Shuffleboard Table sales are not part of this policy and are covered by factory warranties)
We further warranty all accessory products against manufacturer's defects for one year. If you feel any product purchased from McClure Tables Online site is defective, please contact us immediately at (844-579-2922). We will repair or replace, at our option, any such items. This is the extent of our liability.
All McClure Tables standard have a full factory warranty and a detail manufacture warranty.
All McClure Tables on this site are built by McClure Tables at our factory and are backed with full factory warranties. Read the above warranties for full details.
Returns and Order Cancellation Policies
All orders will be shipped once fully paid for. Any order canceled before shipping will be issued a full refund only if the credit card has yet to be charged. Once the card has been charged, it is subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee or 10% of the order, which every amount is greater
All Cancellations must be received in writing or by email; verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Returns shall only be accepted if you call us first and receive a return authorization. Customers are responsible for prepaying the shipping charges for all returned items. Upon receipt of the returned items, which must be in good condition, we will refund the original purchase price of those items, less shipping charges.
All returns MUST be in BRAND NEW UNUSED CONDITION and must be in original packaging so it can be resold as New. The product cannot have been assembled or used in any way.
Requests for returns of accessory items must be within seven days of delivery of the item.
All sales of Shuffleboard Tables are final due to the specialty nature of this product. All Shuffleboard Tables sold through or by us are strictly non-returnable unless we express otherwise in writing. If there are quality or warranty issues, we shall repair or replace, at our option, the affected item.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee on any shuffleboard tables we agree to accept back for return. Any order for a shuffleboard table that is canceled before shipping is subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
All Request for Cancellation must be received in writing or via email; Verbal cancellations are not accepted. All products are to be packed in original or identical packaging as received. Before shipping the return, you must contact customer service for a. Our return policy requires that each customer inspects the delivered items before signing the bill of lading. Upon notation of any damage to the packaging, do not accept the item; the driver will return the unit to the freight carrier's warehouse for inspection.
