"I tried calling but the message said you are not set up to receive calls. We have been buying your products for about eight years either under my name or D McGrath’s. My last bucket was exactly what we wanted, fast wax. Mc Grath bought after me and it was much slower. I talked to a lady on the phone and she said I should have called. Well this bucket is slow and lasts about two 15 pt games. What has changed. We have tried both with and without silicone. No difference. The bottom line is our play is very inconsistent.
