REQUESTING A LIFT GATE
By default, shipping rates DO NOT INCLUDE the cost of a lift gate. The is an additional $50 charge for requesting a lift gate.
Shipping Information for Shuffleboard Tables
When you order a table from our McClure Reserve Inventory (McClureTables.net), your will be ready to ship within 48-72 hours from your purchase date.
All shipping prices quoted for shuffleboard tables include curbside shipping (this means the truck will pull up to the curbside closest to the delivery address. You may request that the delivery truck have a lift gate, there is an additional $50 charge for this service.
The trucking company is only responsible to show up at the curb closest to your door or driveway. They are not responsible for offloading your order and bringing it into the house, office, school or warehouse.
Areas that can not be accessed by road may require additional charges. Shuffleboard Tables are shipped common freight carrier.
You must make arrangements to have the appropriate number of people available to help you with offloading your delivery on the scheduled delivery day. If you need assistance in offloading your delivery, services are available but are additional costs to you and are not included in the price of the item.
If you choose the home set up and delivery option, the Installer will deliver and install the table. We also have some “Bronze inside delivery” options and we will be happy to supply you with a quote and make the arrangements for you. Please contact us for questions regarding this service.
Damage Shipment Information
It is the customers responsibility to check for damage prior to accepting delivery. Do not sign any freight delivery receipt(s) until you have thoroughly inspected all crates/packages for possible damage while the driver is present.
If there is any visible damage, it must be indicated on the carrier delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. Failure to notify McClure Tables Inc, and/or the carrier within 48 hours relieves the shipper, the carrier and McClure Tables Inc. of any responsibility and will result in the denial of any claims. If you have any questions or concerns at the time of delivery before accepting the freight call customer service at 800-565-0977 for specific instructions. If you can not reach customer service and for some reason you see damage that just does not look right to you just refuse to accept the shipment.

At McClure Tables, we’re obsessed with quality and craftsmanship. That means we don’t cut corners. Every McClure Reserve table has the exact same Hard Rock maple playboard that all our McClure one-of-a-kind original custom tables use. The playboards have the same traditional piano finish that comes with a lifetime warranty (not the cheap softwoods and plastic poured epoxy finish that virtually all other shuffleboard factories use). All our factory-produced cabinets use a two part spray Polyurethane finish, same as our custom tables. McClure Reserve Shuffleboard cabinets are comprised Hard Maple or other softer hardwood like Tulipwood [poplar], alder, or soft maple which are all classified as Select or better. We use a factory-like crafting process to make 10-30 pieces at a time. You’re still receiving the same craftsmanship, same cabinet finish, and same quality playboard as our one at a time custom models.
